i can understand why we all have these specific numbers in our mind as to what her mess should be worth

she's "britney spears"

but once those people really dig down and crunch numbers and submit specific forecasts based on that

it's no surprise that the actual number falls short of that.

kinda like when you see a house that "looks" like it costs a certain amount of money and you throw a number out before an actual appraisal is performed which takes into account a lot of very specific, very detailed factors

either the number will usually be surprisingly higher or surprisingly lower

Britney is actually in a good spot to grab nearly a quarter billion considering her peak was over 20 years ago. IMO
