But this is such a touchy topic. Yes it's a family and there seems to be love amount the parents but part of me feels like that lil boy smudging their heads together is gonna turn out gay by what he's being exposed to. He may just go to school and try to kiss Tommy! It's just my opinionata. Not that you shouldn't show affection but it's such a young age. But then again u would not want ya child to grow up and u spring your gayness on them. It's hard 

If that's the case then couldn't the same thing be said for kids with straight parents? Just because Billy sees his mom & dad kissing doesn't mean he's gonna go to school and start kissing every little girl on the playground.

Between the pictures of afro puffs and braids I seriously doubt they're being raised to hate blacks.

Wouldn't make sense to adopt them in the first place.

i'm not trying to take anything away from them as parents, i'm just saying i HOPE they're decent people.

How do I feel about it? It's off putting. I feel like as parents we sometimes have to use our better judgement and separate what's best for us, from what's best for our kids. This was for him and his lover with no regard for the light the kids will now stand in. Two white dads with black sons who are encouraging them to kiss is not going to go well on social media. You have to know this as an adult with common sense. So the only reason for posting this IMO is to make a social statement or low key bait for a reaction (because you know you're getting one). If it was merely about love you would have enjoyed your private moment, and be content with not subjecting your children to public shaming on social media. What ever positive feedback or new normal dad of the year award he received isn't worth the spotlight  that is now place on his kids and family. The trade off isn't worth it and I would protect my kids from social media trolls.

Why would racists, who would likely have racists friends, adopt black kids as accessories? Who in their circle would they be impressing? 

We know it's notoriously difficult to find permanent homes for black kids in the system. Of course you don't wanna just throw them anywhere but these kids show no signs of mistreatment.

I don't see a thing wrong with it, but I know many others will disagree. If this is the worst they're exposed to, their parents loving on each other and expressing affection, then they're some blessed little kids. This world can be so ugly, so I personally find this beautiful.
