!!! at Usher & Beyonce being counterparts at one point, even after Confessions, Beyonce just left sis in the dust :uhh:
They really were. Usher just didn't have what it took to translate that popularity into great artistry at some point. Say what u want about Beyonce, she knew she had to evolve and becoming a staple in SOMETHING. Ironically Michael was the blueprint to ushers career and BEYONCE became the Michael Jackson of her time :dead:

Stan for your Queen then

But Usher is iconic Hun
He isn't, not even a lil bit.
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

I see him as the male version of Toni Braxton
Huge songs, huge albums, big sales, but lack the impact on wider pop culture
but they made a big mark in R&B
But even toni>>>>>>>
She has an ICONIC sound and style. She's had iconic moments. Before jlos dress, TONI was the one that had the showstopping dress. She's more of a legend imo tbh

Lol The reason why y'all think Toni and Faith Evan's are icons and Usher's not is because you happen to like Toni and Faith better.  Y'all probably just like female artists more.

I love female artists, too.  But, by now, anyone should respect Usher's contribution to the music industry.

Look u don't know me and don't know who and why i consider someone an icon. Usher being a male has fck all to do with him not being an icon. Faith aint no icon to me either btw.    Ur allowed to have your opinion but don't try to diminish mine, especially with some pathetic ass excuse like "because he's male"  :dead:
