i would say this... the majority of rap music never catered to MY experience as a black man
they seemed to focus on a common theme/experience that i couldn't relate to

One person could find "Shaquita" to be perfectly normal, whereas another Black person could find it it to be "extreme" or "ghetto".

Bottom line is, for her to sit and say that ANY names on a job application would play a role in a hiring process is an issue. Names have NOTHING to do with someone's qualifications.
