I don?t really worry about it too much anymore

Physically, ppl say I look mid 20?s, which is really basically saying you take good care of yourself :dead:
That may change later but I plan on being healthy. I can?t waste or play with good health with life being so short.

Mentally, sadly most don?t see the value in youth right off. Hopefully around 28-32 you figure out you?ve got a good 15 years of prime if you take care of yourself. I hate to see 20-25 year olds talk about how hard life is or how they?re getting old. Girl if you don?t get it together and take life by the reigns :kii:
And lately I find myself cackling when I spit the same advice my folks gave me that I didn?t listen to tryna be grown :kii:

Spiritually, If you want to keep the mental and physical in check, you have to find it. You have to find that connection that grounds you here. At some point everybody is gonna wonder why they are here and what it?s all for. If you don?t have something fulfilling for that answer, things can go left. Start doing things you love and fulfill you. Securing a bag is overrated a bit

Youth is powerful but easily wasted and overrated. 30?s and 40?s, and even 50?s I think can be the best years. We live in a microwave, what?s hot now society. But It?s really the vourney that matters. Not saying I wanna stick around this shithole for 102 years, but if I do, I hope it?s continuous growth.

whew shit
:oof:

Ya?ll niggas need to frame this post and hang it up in ur rooms. Whew-a!

Gilgamesh.

I was terrified of turning 30. I think we put too much pressure on ourselves about aging, when it's no differently from any other part of our day to day lives like taking a dump or sleeping.

Im a lot more conscious of my health than I'm getting older tbh.

Aging is something that really scares me, but it's more about becoming decrepit as one starts to approach 60-70 and beyond.

It's kind of funny to actually say it, but my secret hope is that one day scientists will come up with a youth serum mess that stops the body decaying and becoming old and grey.

:ohwow:

We are already working on it babe ;)
