The judges know their stuff but it comes to preference at this point. If they're willing to overlook certain sloppy placement of Adlibs/Vibrato and things, then that's their prerogative
doesn't mean we will

Not everything is about being in the right placement. I mean, that can be so boring, IMO. That's what makes a great performance a lot times - It's unpredictable and emotional. That feeling of being a part of something special, etc. For instance, MJB may sound like a fool to A LOT of people but a lot of others are moved by her performances because she's emoting her soul owt. I get that from Laporsha. She's a bit unpolished but that's why viewers relate with her and I think if she did clean up a bit she will go far.
i totally get where you're coming from. But that's the thing .. I still don't feel her or believe her 100% of the time while singing. She simply hasn't moved me beyond a few moments here n there
By the way, great placement SHOULD be unpredictable. That's what makes it great
I don't mean she should sound like a perfect robot at all. Keep the emotion in ur voice for sure, but at some point, u gotta pull it all the way together in terms of the arrangement. It usually seems like she has all of these different ideas but never quite arrange them all for it to make sense. That's the issue. I'm definitely not asking for perfect notes every time
i just dont see how u can say those words love after a performance like this
there was nothing forced or thought out about this
she simply felt the lyrics of the song and told HER story and her soul came out SWINGING on that stage
to the point where was crying.
theres other kids AINT doing it.
How r u not moved by someone who clearly went through hell and back and started damn near praising the lord after the performance?

She is giving pure humanity EACH and everytime she gets on the stage
