I'll take some pills for a detox every now and then but I mostly stick to good old cadrio/plyo and weight training. People expect way too much from a supplement.

I have and THAT was the last time. I started to get that weak butterfly feeling in my stomach after P90x this one time and just BARFED.

Another tip that works for me... Don't drink to much at a time... I used to drink a lot at once... THEN I was bloated as hell. fdf
2 or 3 swallows every hours >>>> 12 swallows every 4 hours

I would be tired to do anything. I usually do a protein shake before or a bowl of oatmeal.

And don't you hate when your stomach starts boiling right in the middle of a workout when your clothes are glued to you because of all the sweat?  :hmph:

I mean I sweat way more when I deadlift than when I run. When you lift heavy weights it burns so much caloriesT

I need to buy a jump rope tho and give it a try.

Breakfast (6AM)
3 protein pancakes
Bananas
Almonds

Pre/work Out: (10AM)
80gr of rice
A steack
A fruit
BCAA pills

or
6 eggs (just keep 1 york)
A fruit
BCAA pills

Post workout (2PM)
BCAA pills
A banana
A protein cookie


Lunch (4PM/5PM)
100gr of rice
30/40gr of veggies
120gr of chicken/salmon

Diner (9PM or later)
200gr of veggies
100gr of turkey breasts
A soy yogurt

Something like that...
I'm not really STRICT on my diet tho.
If I wanna eat 20 KFC krispy mess pieces... I WILL!

I love plyo and cardio. It just sends my stamina and energy levels through the roof.

It seems to work better for sculpting and toning my body than lifting heavy did. All that mess did was give me stretch marks.

I had to tone it down. Now I just lift lighter but go for more reps.
