It varies. If I work out in the morning it's over easy eggs, chicken sausage, blueberry bagel (NO cream cheese) , sliced avocado and Whey protein shake with almond milk, peanut butter and bananas. This is my breakfast every morning though. If I workout in the evening it's peanut butter and carrots or banana before the workout or protein shake.
Will these supplements for joint support help with carpal tunnel/tendinitis?

I stated stretching for about 15 minutes before my workouts but I still be scared I'm gonna ruin something.
I do squats with 300lbs and my lower back had started giving me problems. My doctor gave me flexeril and heat packs. It worked instantly after injury but before working out now my trainer does a 20 minute warm up
Usually something w/ a good amount of carbs/fats/protein/a bit of sugar (for instant energy)
A fruit w/ hemp seed & some starch is really good. Or boiled eggs
